My brother and I have recently started a food truck serving authentic pizza in teglia by the slice. We are originally from Italy and have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
We moved to the UK seven years ago to further develop our skills. Since then, I have worked at Franco Manca for the past six years, progressing to Junior Area Chef and gaining experience in locations such as Southampton, Leeds, Lincoln, Manchester, and King’s Cross. My brother has managed the bar at The Ivy restaurant across the UK.
We have now decided to start our venture with the food truck.
